Unable to change an Oathsworn Champion [Kalista's black spear]

I'm not sure if this is intentional, but during this one game I played as my adc (and soulbound) [yes, I played her support] rages and eventually afk's. So naturally I got a new Black Spear thing and tried to bind another champion, but to no avail. For a heavily cooperative champion like this leaves her in a very undermining situation where she can't be utilized to her full potential. Agreed that taking into account an AFK or a Summoner raging more than , or probably shouldn't be a factor to balancing out or recoding aspects of a champion, with I think it would be worth looking at.
