@rito: Can you PLEASE fix this bug that's been happening since forever
No, I didn't just make a purchase. My IP balance has been off for about my last 5 purchases and a long time frame. It's fairly annoying.

LostFr0st1 votesThere was a hiccup in the system around 2 weeks ago that caused this for a lot of people. The fix is to log into the old client once, which forces the ip balance to re-sync server-side. Hope that helps^^

I think you need to contact player support then so that they can push a button over there.
Send it under general questions; it usually takes two business days~ish to get a response if they're busy with lots of tickets.
