No, I didn't just make a purchase. My IP balance has been off for about my last 5 purchases and a long time frame. It's fairly annoying.

There was a hiccup in the system around 2 weeks ago that caused this for a lot of people. The fix is to log into the old client once, which forces the ip balance to re-sync server-side. Hope that helps^^
This is driving me nuts as well.
