Has Anyone Else Noticed that Shyv Fires Human E's While in Dragon Form Right Now?

Title.

It's something I've noticed in a couple games lately. I haven't tried to reproduce it myself yet but it tends to happen when she has lowish Fury and is accompanied by her human VFX as well.

It is sporadic so I don't know what behaviour it's linked to.
