Gray Warwick bugs

I've owned Grey Warwick ever since the RAF system dropped the required number of people to obtain this skin. I loaded into a bot match a bit ago to check out the skin and during the loading screen I didn't have the Vintage loading screen slice. Are vintage slices only shown during PvP matches?

In game, whenever I would use Grey Warwick's E, the sound of his howl was missing. The animation and visuals would go off, but he wouldn't howl.

I figure there aren't many Grey Warwick owners/users, so I figured I'd throw these out there so you can get some data.
