Weird Visual glitch in client.

Note: The glitch fixed a few things before I could get it, the screen was black in a few spots and everything was moved down and to the right a bit, most things were invisible like the entire rune/masteries/spells area, and chat was impossible to read, it was all scrunched up.

Just before this happenned I locked in my champion or ban, I can't remember, it is probably easy to guess from the image though. The end screen was the same, but I couldn't capture it.
