Chat restriction bugged

yeah why did i get chat banned for offensiveness yet my chatting was in response to offensive behavior and the throwing of the match of others... if you are going to ban people from chat... mainly LOOT for 28 games... you should probably investigate to find the real culprit.... here in america if someone is raping you then they can be thrown in jail for a long time... but in Riot-Ville i guess your own teammates are allowed to throw and u just have to compliment them and say gg instead of talking to them the way they should be spoken too for such blaton disreguard for others since they are committing treason by throwing the match for their own team. My butts sore mind fixing your system to lean more towards justice??????????????????????????????????????????
