Cannot progress any mission, not even first win of the day. Anyone else having this problem?

I restarted the client to no success. I'm just curious if anyone else is having this problem and whether or not there are temporary solutions floating about.

Yes- I believe everyone is experiencing this issue. No quest progress, nor progress within the different modes beyond "Intro." There is also an issue with receiving augments.
