Game Dropped and I recieved a 15m penalty for "dodging too many games"

Huh? What? Eh? I don't dodge. So when the game dropped and instead of being in queue this happens. I think something broke.

Fix this please!! It dropped us again and now I got hit with a 30m penalty. I'm getting unwarranted leaver buster when I am here PLAYING the game!
