[GAMEPLAY] Fiora's W blocks small monsters when it's not supposed to

This is known, but Riot doesn't fix it? Riot, it's a HUGE difference when Fiora doesn't block that Brambleback's hit and instead blocks a Cinderling. That's a LOT of damage she takes as a result, and slower kill on buff monsters.

FIX IT.
