[GAMEPLAY] New Tibber's AI glitches and Tibbers won't attack anything.

So I was playing the new Annie today in a match and noticed that Tibbers was acting strange. Upon casting him I couldn't get Tibbers to attack at all, even when cast on a stun target tibbers would just stand there and wouldn't even chase. Upon being commanded to attack (alt + right click) Tibbers would follow the target but not attack them.

I also couldn't get Tibbers to attack minions or monsters (Like the drag for example) on numerous occasions.

This didn't always happen though, i'd say about 50% of the time Tibbers was cast this bug occurred, other times he acted normally as he should.

I can't really say how to recreate it sadly, but it was pretty frequent in my recent game.
