[Gameplay] Potential Bug for Bond of Stone @Riot

I was playing Blitzcrank while running Bond of Stone. I was top lane with my Wukong and were running from this Lee Sin. I am a good distance from the Wukong but close enough for Bond of Stone to work. The Lee Sin autos the Wukong and Black Cleaver was applied to me when I was nowhere near Lee Sin. This seems like a pretty big deal.

tl;dr Black Cleaver stacks are being applied when you have someone near you with Bond of Stone. While not actually taking the damage from them.

This seems like it's working as intended to me.

Lee Sin deals physical damage to Wukong, and since you were close enough to the Wukong for Bond of Stone to work, 6% of that damage is instead dealt to you. This damage is still being dealt by the Lee Sin, so you are indeed taking damage from him, which would apply the Black Cleaver stacks.
