I honestly have 0 idea why I actually provide bugs (probably because I'm a developer with OCD) to Riot since I report like 3-8 per patch (and they never show up in patch and I still see a lot of them to this day). I usually provide videos, but the last couple months the escalating number of bugs and the lessening 'Bug Fix' list in each patch note leaves me demoralized and wondering why I even play this game. In the interest of wasting time though I guess, I found it and made a clip

It wasn't 2 seconds after silenced ended. It just felt that way, it is just the silence duration (and I noticed my bar return to me some time before E cast but my hands were off the keyboard). No other ability I've ever encountered buffers during CC, but you know. Whatever. It's just Riot in this ever declining game with bugs for me.
