Control Wards are not counted towards S-Grades

Speaking as one who has been playing mostly support the past few days, I've noticed that despite how often you ward the new control wards and/or destroy them, it seems to have little effect on your final S-grade - unlike the vision wards. Has anyone else noticed this?
