Tower shots dont do damage if you're displaced out of range.

Was playing trist and while a tower shot was going for the enemy kalista, I ulted her away from me. She took no damage from the tower shot from what I could see. My ult would've done around 250 to her out of her 300~ HP. then the tower shot would've then killed her. but that didn't happen.
