Spectator is down, occasional disconnected from chat warnings

Seems like the client (legacy) is being a bit wonky today with its chat, and the spectator is down. Odd thing that I noticed, though not as relavent, is that the 3d party websites like lolskill or op.gg are also unable to recognize that the games are in progress. Again, not sure if this last is relevant, but I thoulght I'd bring it up anyway as many of us players tend to use them to scout our opposition during the loading screen.
