Riot sees a skin in my hextech crafting, but it is not there for me

Thanks for this information and screenshot. It's weird because our system shows that you also have champion essence, orange essence and key fragments. If you haven't already, I recommend posting a description of what happened on our bug report Board:

Here's how it happened:

1. I queued for a game.
2. While the game was searching, I transmuted 3 skins.
3. The game popped right when the transmute happened, so I could not click "add to inventory" or whatever the button is.
4. I entered my game because I don't like being "that guy" and played it through.
5. When the game ended, all of the skins were gone and I did not have a new one to replace it.
