[GAMEPLAY] I'm noticing a lot more lately that quick cast fails.

I'll quick cast something point and click over someone like nocturne e and i have to do it like 5 times before it will and there will be 0 other legit targets. it just doesn't do anything constantly.

EDIT: It just happened to me 3 times in a row in the last 20 seconds in game.
