boots of mobility not working in aram

JarodDempsey··1 votes·818 views

i bought boots of mobility and upon spawning not only did they not provide a speed bonus but they also didnt provide a cooldown to giving their speed bonus. I waited well over 5 seconds while being nowhere near any combat sources and they did nothing.
