Weird voodoo lag

So I don't know if this is happening to anyone else.

But it's happening where the game isn't lagging - I see everything happening in real time. My champ just decides to either not do anything (just sit and auto) or be really laggy. Sometimes I press a spell and it goes off like 3 seconds late. Or I'll walk up to the enemy and auto. The problem is they're killing me in real time, but only my champ is like 1-3 seconds off (or just nonresponsive).

Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know what this is? It's happened primarily in Nexus Blitz
