[GAMEPLAY] Runaan's Hurrican stops working on Kog'Maw

I've been playing the poro king event as on-hit kog'maw, and I notice that Runaan's is only working about half the time. It seems to randomly stop working where only my primary target will get attacked, and the bolts just don't go off.
