Lots of issues lately with smart cast
Casting summoner's and all kinds of aiblities lately seem to need about 12 casts before the game is liek "oh i'll cast now."

Fargo791 votesi have noticed this as well since the last 2 patches.. i play morg alot and i have her shield set to smart self-cast off of my mouse 4 button i believe.. i go to bait the CC engage but it wont cast.. it casts usually on teammates right away there have been delays on it there as well.. but al in all i didnt have this problem like a month ago..

It still let's you flash for a few frames after you die so you still flash after death
