[Gameplay] Razorbeak smite effect procs while dead

If you die while you have the Razorbeak buff, and then the enemy places a ward on your corpse, it will proc your Razorbeak effect (which will consume it) but you don't get vision, you don't get true sight, you can't really do anything with it.

steps to reproduce

1. smite razorbeak
2. get caught even though you have razorbeak buff and wherever you were going wasn't even warded
3. die
4. enemy places ward on you or near you
5. razorbeak buff procs
