Yi Highlander - Takedown increases the duration less

Sometimes It appears that when Yi scores a Takedown it increases the duration by 3 or 4 seconds

It was suppose to be increased by 7 seconds as its mentioned in the ability

Continue testing it out and show some video proof. Then it's easier to say "Yeah this is a problem" then if it might be a bug.
