[Gameplay & UI] - Soraka's Wish is not giving assists, and moving around items can be unresponsive.

First Bug

Soraka's ultimate seems to have odd cases where healing someone with it doesn't grant you assists if they secure a kill shortly after. Because of her long cooldown, it's hard to find an exact repro scenario, but I can explain a specific situation where I witnessed the bug.

**Potential repro scenario **

An ally lux was dove at mid tower by a hecarim and a zed. She was ignited, and I ulted (from bot lane) to try and save her. She died to the zed ultimate, and zed died to the tower - but I didn't get an assist for the zed kill. This might not be an exact reproduction scenario, but it's the best I can do without debug tools.

Second Bug

Moving around items can result in dead clicks, or the inability to drag the item.

100% repro steps:

-Start any game, pick any champion.

-Purchase: two faerie charms, one health potion, one mana potion.

-Move the faerie charm in the second slot to the fifth slot.

-Swap the first slot faerie charm with the fifth slot faerie charm.

-Now, try to move the first slot faerie charm. It'll result in a dead click/inability to drag it.

The first bug is a lot more major as it actually affects the game, the second is more of a minor UI inconvenience.
