Syndra can pick up Heimer's Ult turret?

Is she supposed to be able to do that? I know she can pick up things like Tibbers, Zyra plants, his normal turrets, etc..., but unlike almost every other thing she can pick up his ult turret has a really short duration cannot be re-positioned after put down. Keeping it unable to do anything for most of its duration then casually throwing it somewhere it will be useless seems pretty broken actually
