Installed recent pathc/hotfix, Launcher.dll missing

Currently reinstalling and I don't expect any problems past that point, but I wanted to point out that the latest hotfix/patch deleted the Launcher.dll file in the normal launcher files.

It made all my shortcuts default to the PBE launcher, it was very confusing.
