there is so many clips of this skins q hitbox being total shit, its worse than morgs q. this skin is a total visual trap. just the fact that when you fire the hook perfectly straight, the actual hook part of the chain appears to be more to the up than it actually is. literally, the visual part of the hook is higher than the hitbox.

i have no idea how riot can ignore that for so long.

That's working as intended though. Thresh's hook (and a lot of other abilities) have what's called lollypopping. At max range, they scan in a circle around their position to see if they hit anything, so they actually have a slightly bigger hitbox at the end. This is no more misleading than normal thresh's hooks. (basically the hitbox would look something like =======O )
