The scaling CDR runes (especially the Glyphs) are inconsistent with how much they claim to give.
Glyphs (per glyph) say they give 0.09% CDR per level with a cap at 1.67% at level 18, but 0.09% * 18 = 1.62%
Also I'm pretty sure when I was on the legacy client, it gave me another different percent.
I'd really like to know the true value so i can perfectly hit the cap.
zwaggs1 votesGlad somebody else noticed this. Also, when you put them into a rune page the total % at level 18 is off. For instance, with 6 scaling cdr glyphs at level 18 the total should be 10.02%, but the client adds it up to 9.7%

Still annoying that the client shows it as 9.7%
