[GAMEPLAY][CLIENT] mastery/rune pages not updating in lobby or game

i have personally experienced this glitch when i edited several mastery pages (added some and deleted others) and then attempted to play a game

the client does not display the new mastery pages in the game lobby and does not give the selected mastery page upon the game starting up

in my experience i had selected the preset tank masteries with bond of stone as my keystone, but was given windspeaker's blessing as my keystone

another person had the same issue in which he had windspeaker's blessing, and another where he did not have any keystone

a person in my previous game was having the same issue with rune pages, but i'm not sure if they are the same cause because they would not answer my questions

you can also get a glitch where you get someone else's mastery page if you view someone else's mastery page in client then play a game
