Zyra's plant range

Can we clean up her tooltext? It says that her ranged plant has 750 auto attack range, which is extremly false, as it was outranged by Zilean, whom has 550 auto attack range.

Though I'm not sure about her melee plant, but it probably has around 250-300 auto attack range compared to the tooltip's indication of 400 range.
