Xin ult bug
So unless I'm within his ult radius, any CC I hit him with has no effect, so Veigar stun doesn't work, Naut ult won't work, please fix this.

Just checked. Not bugged at all. CC still affects him even when cast from outside his ult radius. The damage doesn't go through, but the CC effect still does. Working as intended.
