Singed Fling Bug, It is still Happening in 4.19 !!

Playing a aram mode game as singed (augmented skin, if that matters) and the fling bug seems to actually have increased in frequency rather than decreased. This is after singed update and this was on LAN server.

I still rocked those singed mechanics but Fling was tossing folks straight up in the air, I had 2 good flings out of all of my attempts in this game.

This is making me sad. :(

The new tooltips look pretty though !
