Ornn ult gamebreaking visual bug

The ram in the Ornn Horn ult sometimes moves way faster towards Ornn than the actual effect is moving, making it really hard to actually land your second part of the ult because you have to guess when the Ram actually arrives. This actually costed me my last placement match in Ranked Flex.

I suppose this happens more often which explains his terrible 45% winrate.
