Sion Bug: Q faces wrong direction

Ever since he was disabled for about a day a long time ago, to fix that infamous exploit with his ult (you have google), Sion has had a strange, and apparently rare, issue with his Q.

Every once in awhile, when you charge up his Q, it will face in a direction other than where he is facing, usually jumping to a direction where you have previously damaged enemies (champs and Jungle creeps seem to trigger this the most). Due to the nature of his Q, and the necessity of landing a fair duration,, this bug can be incredibly detrimental to Sions kit, especially when initiating with his ult.

I have tried to repair the game cache, reinstall league, etc, but the bug still has not went away.
