Keys/buttons/skills not working in game occasionaly

I had 2 games in a row where my Q wasn't working and one game where no matter how many times I spammed the shop key or clicked the shop, the shop would not open. So I wasted extra time at fountain in frustration trying to open it. Client also extremely laggy and forcing me to reboot just the client to fix it temporarily. Chat with friends also not giving me taskbar notifications and sometimes not even sending messages. Another bug with chat is that the chat bar will randomly either float away from the chat icon or be hidden behind it.
