can we fix the bug where riven 3rd q goes random direction if enemy champ is nearby?

idk how it works but if im in the area with the enemy champ my 3rd q goes backwards or just never goes over walls im RIGHT in front of.

its gotten me killed in lane like 500 times and in teamfights. dekar and boxbox have had it happen to them on stream as well and know about it.

is this intended?
