Neeko "Eh-duhn!" Attack Bug/Relic Shield Infini-Balls

So, for whatever reason, after using my ult and shape shifting, whenever I went to attack, I instead walked up to the minion and Neeko shouted her ult voice line. It went away after casting another spell.

Also, Relic Shield can create a horrible visual bug with endless balls orbiting Neeko. It also makes it pretty hard to know how many charges are on it.
