LoL boards won't display on Google Chrome?

not sure if this is a Chrome issue or a LoL bug but anytime I try to access the boards on Chrome I'm greeted by a screen that displays the basic page and topic threads, but won't show views/likes/dislikes and when I click on the thread it'll give me a blank page with no description or comments. Further more, upon clicking Report a Bug or going to the LoL client to report the bug with a ticket thingy will give me a blank white page on the Riot headquarters main page :/ anyone ever see this before or have the same issues? ( I'm on Internet Explorer right now to type this)
