Visual bugs

System: Running low spec mode Windows 10

With past few updates the game visual are really bugged. Experiencing lags and freeze at random places even though the framerate is above 40 and ping is below 50. Champions will move without animations or freeze at place when given command Most of the time I miss hits because the client does not register commands Champion will either stand in place or start moving at previous given command location The game is no longer fluid as it used to be and it painful to play with more tricky champs like lee sin as it does not move fluently and miss commands all together.
