Support page

Problem with support webpage. I wanted to report an ingame issue, and when I reached the page and login, it shows me some information saying "To log in, you must have a League of Legends account with a verified email address. We sent you an email with a link to verify your address. If you don't receive the email in the next few minutes, check out our FAQ". My email is verified so I click on the Back to Support link and when I reach the page again it ask me to login in again. i can never login and i never receive any email from riot for verification, the account page shows that my email is verified. I can never submit support request. Please fix or suggest a way around.
