[CLIENT] Lice Bane not marked as a cooldown reduction item

I was making some item sets and wanted to grab lichbane, so I hit the cooldown reduction box and started scrolling through to find Lich Bane. Couldn't find it so I hit the ability power box as well. When I couldn't find it then, I got a bit confused. Eventually figured out it just isn't currently tagged as a cdr item in the Item Set builder. Not a huge deal, but it threw me off for a while.
