Shaco's backstabs don't count toward Thunderlords procs??

No.

It doesn't work with backstabs.

There's a fair chance this is intentional so that he can't skillessly instaburst auto -> dagger throw -> auto like assassins use to.

It doesn't work on any backstab.

It worked with backstabs on old Shaco. Shaco's Two-Shiv deals more damage the less heath his opponents have. He could always hit them from the front and still auto > E > auto. I want to say this is an overlooked bug because what a lame way to cheese a champion that's not that strong as it is.

Talon and Kat can proc it immediately, but Shaco? Doesn't even work.

Right, it use to work, but now it doesn't right after the assassin rework. It might be a glitch but there's a fair chance it's intentional too. He already gets garunteed crit strikes, adding thunderlords on top of that is only going to make it worse.

There's no way they would intentionally do that. It works with literally every other spell, ability, and auto-attack in the game. It can't possibly be intentional. His crits aren't even crits. They're "guaranteed" by striking from behind and they're 55% LESS powerful than normal crits.

If that is the case, and that statement is true that Riot intentionally made it so shaco cannot proc thunderlords after an AA with backstab passive, and 2 consequitve damage abilities, that would make him the only champion in League of Legends that has that treatment with that mastery.

Not only that, Riot never mentioned anywhere that Shaco's backstab wouldn't proc thunderlords. That's an amazingly large nerf, if it was intentional, it really should have been mentioned anywhere.

Not only that, Riot never mentioned anywhere that Shaco's backstab wouldn't proc thunderlords. That's an amazingly large nerf, if it was intentional, it really should have been mentioned anywhere.

It wouldn't need to be mention if the damage was converted into a passive instead of an auto or spell. It might be a glitch still, but he also got reworked a bit.
