Failure to Connect Loading Screen - Doesn't open the window for you

This minor bug has existed for quite some time. When the game fails to load after champion select, during the loading screen, but it just shows a black screen. The issue is that it doesn't alt tab to show you the window that says "Failure to connect" or Bugsplat, so you're just stuck sitting at the black window thinking it's loading. Players can workaround this just by alt tabbing, but it's still a problem and not all people would notice and think to alt tab.
