[BUG] Viktor's Q procs 3 times on structures, bugged since patch 6.3

So for over a year Viktor is broken and nobody bats an eye. Maybe because nobody plays him?

BUG DESCRIPTION In the video you can see, that Q works as intended on minions. But you can proc the bonus dmg 3 times if you hit the structure after hitting a minion/champion.

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG Go near the structure, Q a minion, then use AA on structure 3 times.

NOTE If you Q a minion, then AA tower then AA minion, you lose the 3rd empowered AA.

No, this happens with self-empowered Basic Attacks, like Gragas W, Kassadin W, etc. The animation goes off, but it doesn't proc on structures. You only get to see the animation three times because the buff falls off, and you don't have more attack speed to see it more than three times.

The magic damage is due to some mastery (or a change they did for all champs who have more AP than AD) that lets you apply part of your AP to basic attacks on structures. And since you have a lot of AP, you seem to do a lot of magic damage to the structure through Basic Attacks

You are just seeing the animation and hearing the sound because it DOES NOT proc on structures.

Basically, as long as the empowered auto attack is available it is overriding the animation.

You can actually see the difference in damage within the video you posted.

If you watch the damage numbers in the first 3 animations you will see that 216 magic damage and 66 physical damage is dealt to the tower.

Then after the third animation the 4th attack is normal, also dealing 216 magic and 66 physical damage.

Later, at approximately 30 seconds, you will see an empowered auto attack against a minion will deal 432 magic damage.

There are several champions that do this.

It's similar to a Sona with a power chord who AAs a ward or plant. It makes the animation and the sound as if the power chord was used, but it stays. Or vayne tumble on tower.

I know this bug for a while but I didnt report it because i feel like noone from the Riot reads this anyways. This game is full of bugs and it is quite suprising for such a big game making such a big money.

If you are curious and want to see some bugs just watch "iFunzio" videos on Youtube. In almost every one of his 10 minute videos there are like 2 clips showing a bug and thats recorded straight from someones stream. Those bugs are clear, obvious, visible, they are recorded and still nothing is done about it.
