is new mord Q not supposed to work with Quick Cast WIth Indicator or Smart cast?
title. I can't get it to when I press Q, the indicator comes up and it doesn't just IMMEDIATELY cast.

As far as I know it's supposed to be like karthus Q. I'm used to playing with the indicator and this change took time to get used to, but if you can effectively E and enemy and then Q it'll almost always hit. Q by itself takes getting used to, practice makes perfect!
