Not only does Phase rush and Swifties negate slows but Using these three things together turns slows into speed boosts.

P.S. The 2nd part of unflinching does not proc reliably.

To be fair anyone could benefit from it in this case, Although you do need to use a summoner for the speed boost. But hey, use ghostsummoner 6 .
