Client can't connect, but game client can

Basically, my LCU client is having difficultly connecting, with increased login times and frequent DCs. However, managed to get into Practice Tool before the LCU client DC'd.......and it worked fine. No lag or disconnects at all. No other programs are suffering in the slightest either, including multiple Steam titles, Overwatch, Chrome and Discord.

This started occurring yesterday. I recently moved to a college dorm, but I experienced no issues for a solid two days prior to this.
