[Client] Adding runes to rune pages is not working.

I am currently making a Lulu Support rune page. I buy 2 Greater Glyphs of Magic Resist and go to put it into my rune page, but once I grab it, it disappears and doesn't make any changes.

I try using other runes and it doesn't work either. Because pictures can't show that, I recorded it and put it on youtube. It's very frustrating trying to get the best possible rune page for your character, only for it to not respond.

How to create bug: Just try to move some runes around in your page. It won't work (at least for me.)

How long: I believe ever since Snowdown it's been iffy.
