Well i got S+ with Yasuo in Aram and S with Kayn in Aram and i think i got S or S+ with Rengar in aram tooo but i didn't recive any tokens yet so i want them i can't level champion to level 7 omg please give me my tokens

It doesn't say it on the tokens but, you can only earn mastery tokens on Summoners Rift normal's and ranked Queues. ARAM, TT and RGM's cannot give them.

You cannot get tokens from any modes other than SR. I do not remember where exactly they said it, but I think it was in a patch notes. And self-bumping something that isn't a bug won't change anything
