@RIOT: Sivir's W and Thunderlords

Well, it seems that champs like and many others can proc TLD with just one power (many times a RANGED power) and 's W doesn't proc Thunderlord's same with Q DoT not applying corruption potion or DFT.

Is that intentional or is it just a malfunction?

Fizz/nasus procs it with one proc becasue of the fact that they are counted as both spells and abilities, talon q and sivir's are both counted as just one auto
